I was speaking to a client this morning and trying to encourage her about finding her "fun" while being pregnant and even trying to find the "fun" in labor. For some people, all that "calm and soothing" spa music with the nature sounds and the birds chirping is annoying and not relaxing! They may find their minds wandering and their legs twitching while trying to "relax".
Who said we have to do that? Why not pump it up a little more?
